Community Health Centers

When Community Health Centers (CHC) opened a new clinic in South Hero, they quickly realized the need to expand their services to include dental care. Freeman French Freeman worked with CHC and ReArch Construction to design the full-service dental clinic within the existing historic building shell.

Patient areas include a welcoming reception area, five exam rooms, and a radiography room for patient x-rays. Back-of-house spaces include a sterilization room, dental laboratory, locker room, office spaces and staff lounge.

The Federally Qualified Dental Health Center offers a full complement of preventative and restorative care for all patients, regardless of income or insurance eligibility.
