New England Federal Credit Union

Freeman French Freeman turned a dated and dark corporate space into a bright and modern office and retail banking center for the New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) on Harvest Lane in Williston, Vermont.

The renovated facility features a traditional teller station as well as a mix of open offices and private banking suites on two floor. A large conference room for member education and staff events sits adjacent to the new banking center.

The technology-rich retail space includes several touchscreen kiosks for personal online banking. A 9-panel, large-screen display in the lobby promotes member events and services. A branded color palette and extensive use of natural materials complete the interior space.

The project was a collaborative effort between Freeman French Freeman and the Element Group, a boutique firm with expertise in branding and design for financial institutions nationwide.

NEFCU Williston is the credit union’s largest branch in Vermont.  Freeman French Freeman has had the pleasure to design several NEFCU facilities including branches in South Burlington, Essex Junction, Saint Albans, and Colchester, Vermont. FFF also designed NEFCU’s corporate headquarters at Tech Park, which opened in 2018.
