FFF Welcomes Four New Employees

December 16, 2021

Freeman French Freeman, Vermont’s leading architectural firm, welcomed four new employees in recent months: Andres Gutierrez, Colleen Perron, Ryan Catozzi, and Leon Ogden.

Andres Gutierrez comes to the firm with 15 years’ experience in architecture and design. He is a recent transplant from New York City, where he worked at as an architectural designer and project manager at Studio For and Denham Wolf. Andres also practiced architecture in his native Colombia for several years with his own firm, OPA. He holds a master’s degree in project management from the Pratt Institute of New York and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia.

Colleen Perron moved from the shores of Long Island to the shores of Lake Champlain to join FFF this fall.  She brings over 20 years’ experience as an architect with WSJS Architects of Huntington, New York.  She holds degrees in both architecture and civil engineering from the Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York and is a licensed architect in New York, Connecticut, and Vermont.

Ryan Catozzi and Leon Ogden joined the firm as interns this summer. The firm was so impressed by their work they were both offered permanent positions this fall.  Ryan and Leon share many things in common: both are recent graduates of the Architecture and Building Engineering program at Vermont Technical College, both were State Champs in the SkillsUSA architectural drafting competition for Vermont high school students, and both bring advanced drafting skills and a passion for architecture to our office.
