Freeman French Freeman is thrilled to welcome Architectural Designer Joe Bolinger to our Burlington, Vermont practice. Joe comes to the firm with seven years’ experience that spans multiple project types in the education, residential, and commercial markets. Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, Joe is a proud graduate of the architecture program at Virginia Tech.
